Shipping Policy

LIQUAGUARD® offers free shipping on all retail orders within the US.

Dealer/Wholesale orders: Shipping applies and will be added to all orders unless other arrangements have been made.

Consumer Exchange/Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If within 30 days of receiving your LIQUAGUARD® product(s) you are not completely satisfied, please phone us at 888-251-4378 for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Please see instructions below.

Dealer Exchange/Return Policy

Dealer satisfaction is very important to us. Dealer purchases can be returned for full refund (less 10% restocking fee) for all unopened items within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Exchanges for size or color will be accepted up to 45 days of receipt of merchandise for all unopened items. No returns on discontinued items. Please phone us at 888-251-4378.

Dealers’ customers who are not completely satisfied with their LIQUAGUARD® product(s) are protected under the LIQUAGUARD® Consumer Return policy. Individual returns will be accepted up to 30 days after store purchase (with accompanying store receipt). Please phone us at 888-251-4378 for exchange, refund, or credit. LIQUAGUARD® Extended Warranty

LIQUAGUARD® warrants its products against material defects if used in accordance with package instructions. Errors by LIQUAGUARD® or merchandise that is determined by the Company to be defective will be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange up to 120 days after receipt of merchandise. Exchange/Return

• To return an item you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 888-251-4378. Please indicate your assigned RA# on the reverse side of your packing slip.
• Liquaguard Exchange/Return Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless due to LIQUAGUARD® error.
• Liquaguard Exchange/Return Discontinued items may not be returned for refund.
• Liquaguard Exchange/Return Dealer returns and exchanges subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Liquaguard Exchange/Return You can expect your refund within 4 weeks from the time you mail your return to LIQUAGUARD®.
• Liquaguard Exchange/Return Customer pays freight on all returns and exchanges unless return is due to LIQUAGUARD® error or a material defect.
